1. Don’t cross your arms or legs – You have probably already heard you shouldn’t cross your arms as it might make you seem defensive or guarded. This goes for your legs too. Keep your arms and legs open.

2. Have eye contact, but don’t stare – If there are several people you are talking to, give them all some eye contact to create a better connection and see if they are listening. Keeping too much eye-contact might creep people out. Giving no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. If you are not used to keeping eye-contact it might feel a little hard or scary in the beginning but keep working on it and you’ll get used to it.

3. Don’t be afraid to take up some space – Taking up space by for example sitting or standing with your legs apart a bit signals self-confidence and that you are comfortable in your own skin.

4. Relax your shoulders – When you feel tense it’s easily winds up as tension in your shoulders. They might move up and forward a bit. Try to relax. Try to loosen up by shaking the shoulders a bit and move them back slightly.

5. Nod when they are talking – nod once in a while to signal that you are listening. But don’t overdo it and peck like Woody Woodpecker.

6. Don’t slouch, sit up straight – but in a relaxed way, not in a too tense manner.

7. Lean, but not too much – If you want to show that you are interested in what someone is saying, lean toward the person talking. If you want to show that you’re confident in yourself and relaxed lean back a bit. But don’t lean in too much or you might seem needy and desperate for some approval. Or lean back too much or you might seem arrogant and distant.

8. Smile and laugh – lighten up, don’t take yourself too seriously. Relax a bit, smile and laugh when someone says something funny. People will be a lot more inclined to listen to you if you seem to be a positive person. But don’t be the first to laugh at your own jokes, it makes you seem nervous and needy. Smile when you are introduced to someone but don’t keep a smile plastered on your face, you’ll seem insincere.

9. Don’t touch your face – it might make you seem nervous and can be distracting for the listeners or the people in the conversation.

10. Keep you head up - Don’t keep your eyes on the ground, it might make you seem insecure and a bit lost. Keep your head up straight and your eyes towards the horizon.

11. Slow down a bit – this goes for many things. Walking slower not only makes you seem more calm and confident, it will also make you feel less stressed. If someone addresses you, don’t snap you’re neck in their direction, turn it a bit more slowly instead.

12. Don’t fidget – try to avoid, phase out or transform fidgety movement and nervous ticks such as shaking your leg or tapping your fingers against the table rapidly. You’ll seem nervous and fidgeting can be a distracting when you try to get something across. Declutter your movements if you are all over the place. Try to relax, slow down and focus your movements.

13. Use your hands more confidently – instead of fidgeting with your hands and scratching your face use them to communicate what you are trying to say. Use your hands to describe something or to add weight to a point you are trying to make. But don’t use them to much or it might become distracting. And don’t let your hands flail around, use them with some control.

14. Lower your drink – don’t hold your drink in front of your chest. In fact, don’t hold anything in front of your heart as it will make you seem guarded and distant. Lower it and hold it beside your leg instead.

15. Realise where you spine ends – many people (including me until recently) might sit or stand with a straight back in a good posture. However, they might think that the spine ends where the neck begins and therefore crane the neck forward in a Montgomery Burns-pose. Your spine ends in the back of your head. Keep you whole spine straight and aligned for better posture.

16. Don’t stand too close –one of the things we learned from Seinfeld is that everybody gets weirded out by a close-talker. Let people have their personal space, don’t invade it.

17. Mirror - Often when you get along with a person, when the two of you get a good connection, you will start to mirror each other unconsciously. That means that you mirror the other person’s body language a bit. To make the connection better you can try a bit of proactive mirroring. If he leans forward, you might lean forward. If she holds her hands on her thighs, you might do the same. But don’t react instantly and don’t mirror every change in body language. Then weirdness will ensue.

18. Keep a good attitude – last but not least, keep a positive, open and relaxed attitude. How you feel will come through in your body language and can make a major difference. For information on how make yourself feel better read 10 ways to change how you feel and for relaxation try A very simple way to feel relaxed for 24 hours.

You can change your body language but as all new habits it takes a while. Especially things like keeping you head up might take time to correct if you have spent thousands of days looking at your feet. And if you try and change to many things at once it might become confusing and feel overwhelming.

Take a couple of these body language bits to work on every day for three to four weeks. By then they should have developed into new habits and something you’ll do without even thinking about it. If not, keep on until it sticks. Then take another couple of things you’d like to change and work on them.

Well if we turn over and look at the indian politics we see lot of corruption. Corruption in everythingstarting from a hairpin to a costly car. U can ask how do u relate corruption in such things to politicians.. every politician is spending a lots and lot of money in the businesss called political.. For them it is an business. To gain the money which they invest in this they enter into the world of corruption. The permit non quality products into the market.. They need only money..
Most of the politicians are illitrate.. They dont have much kowledge on their field.. they dont know what is the latest trends in todays world and what they have to import to our coutry.. So that many technology has not been implememted in our country..
Think a person who is a doctor is becaming a health minister,he knows everything about that field and he can implement everything..
As per my view a service minded litrtate can do much better then a illeterate can do in politics

WANNA BE AN IAS

I heard from someonre that a lady doctor appeared for civil service examination and selected for the most conveted Indian Administrative service. There where people who felt that lady doctor could have pursued some arts group to became an IAs officer and she should not study a course in medicine. It is sheer waste of time to study medicine to understand the nuances of administrative services and also the lady medical doctor could have paved the way for someone else to pursue the course in medicine. After all, a medical doctor should try alleviate the suffering of anyone and everyone. But the IAs aspirant felt if she had sought a position as medical officer in some preliminary health centre which does not have proper infrastructure, nursing staff, equipment or medicines.Even a very sincere doctor can only prescribe medicinesand sen patients away.Hence, lady doctor choose the civilservice and she was posted as sub collector and a Collector of district, later.A large number of primary health station come under her jurisdication. As a medical doctor ,she could understand the difficulties faced by the villagers and she could order the building up of infrastructure and ensure other facilities in all primary health centres in entire distirct. She could understand better minimum health care facilities in every Primary Health Centre.
The old saying 'TO serve humanity is to serve GOd' is very true.An IAS officer has a status and power in society and allied duties and responsibilitie.Do you want to serve the people better? THen you can become an IAS officer. If you plan meticulously, you can always succed.Hardwork,Determination,Dedication,Sincerity,Possitive thinking,Systematic and atrategic planning, preservances and patience help any IAS aspirant. COME LET WE ROCK

Blogging is basically is a thing which sould not be given away for free. It is also a fact that today there are lots and lots of big, old blogs which ptovide a good vollection of information on the net, but the basic catch has gone now. The number of blogs created in a day are also getting increased and a very few only wish to delete their blog.

Its now very late that people in this world should know that blogging is not only a money making machine, but it is actually a picture of yourself, what's been within you for long that you wished to tell people, which is done most effectively by blogs.

There are many ad sites, each offering with differend kind of pament and also offers, but you hav to know that he is doing that only for his earnig sake. He is going to pay you very little only, and you are giving him a whole lot of profit by giving clicks and visits to the ads. The advertisers pay a lot to put their ads on websites and what they really want is people to see their ads and to come to their website and know about them. The want only people who really want to know, but it is often taken away by click frauds and proxying.

So people atleast from now on try to post your own ideas. This thing is also big issue in the blog world. People just copy the review content from other websites and jus to increase the number of posts and also to give a great look to the blog, but you might know about the thing that how people strive hard write reviews, even for very cheap amount they give us great quality of reviews. You must think about the fact that many people who write reviews, really making their living out of it.

How many of us were counting our time towards the release of this much anticipated audio where the two titans of the film industry were coming together after a very long time? Quite confident that many would be a part of this huge list. The audio of the film, which has been released today amidst huge celebrations has been keeping people off their regular routinue work and it certainly merits all the attention that it has been getting so far. Down to the Offical review...

1. Ella Pughazum - AR Rahman

How many times have we swooned to Rahman's voice? Starting from 'Humma Humma', 'Sandosha Kannire', 'Columbus Columbus', 'New York Nagaram', 'Athiradee', and other songs. He just does not cease to amaze us with his music but his singing has been highly under-rated (could be because he might be trying to underplay it). But his singing equally matches his skills as a music composer, and he has truly come out with a blazing number that should set the stands on fire when it hits the screen. Sounding like an intro song for the hero, the song has hard hitting lyrics written by the evergreen Vaali and coupled with Rahman's instruments which have always been world class, this song is the ROCKER that the fans have been craving for!

Verdict: Take some ear buds with you to the theatres if you dont like heavy noise!

Rating : 10/10

2. Ponmagal Vandhal - MD Aslam, Ember Rap

For Vijay's fans, this will certainly be a new experience listening to a lot of English words in a single song. Being the remix of a super hit old song 'Ponmagal Vandhal' from the movie Sorgam, this song doesnt disappoint and it is very attractive on the ear with the rap and the beats. For the regular Vijay fan, this song might take some time getting used to, but once you are used to it, there is no stopping you raving about this song. A very different approach for a Vijay song.

Verdict: Slow poison

Rating : 8.5/10

3. Nee Marlyn Manroe - Benny Dayal, Ujjayinee

Another song with heavy Western influence from AR Rahman. This song moves at a faster pace and keeps at that pace consistently unlike Rahman's previous Western type song 'Oru Koodai Sunlight' which was fast and slow in places. This song should be a big hit with the discos, DJ's and the night clubs where people hit the dance floors. The male singer stands out throughout the song and the lyrics are sure to make the youngsters sing them out to their never ending pleasure. Trust Rahman to come up with a Western song which will be liked by anyone and everyone

Verdict: All about Style....

Rating : 9.5/10

4. Valayapatti Thavile - Madhumita, Naresh Iyer, Ujjayinee

Time for some classy commercial songs. This is the song that is expected of Vijay from his fans, and Rahman delivers in this song big time despite not being well known more for his soothing, romantic and melody numbers. The song, sung by the latest sensation Naresh Iyer really packs a big punch. The song starts off with the female singer Madhumita crooning and then Naresh Iyer takes over. Rahman lifts this song exceedingly well with his instrumentation and beats. A song that is sure to make Vijay fans dance to their heart's content

Verdict: Indha Aatam Podhuma... Innum Konjam Venuma...

Rating : 10/10

5. Kelamaal Kaiyile - Sriram Parthasarathy, Saindhavi

This is Rahman's forte. The melody that makes you feel beautiful. These type of songs also take some time to get used to, but in the long run these are the songs that will remain with the listeners for a long long time. Saindhavi (The Randaka girl) just shows what a promising talent she is to the music industry. Sriram (Suttum Vizhi Sudare) is quite adept but is quite clearly overshadowed by Saindhavi. The song at places reminds us of a hit tune of the 80's but it is to Rahman's brilliance that he keeps that similarity at a very minimum level.

Verdict: Romantic Best...

Rating : 8/10 (Spend time with it, and you will rate it 10/10)

6. Maduraikki Pogadhadee - Benny, Archith, Dharshana

Another folk type song to round up the album! Certainly lovers of commercial music have heard of a lot of folk type songs, but this song is of very high quality which only Rahman could possibly give. This is the type of song that Vijay lives on, and with the picturisation this song has all the possibilities to become a big hit with the fans especially the children. The singer Benny Dayal is a good find (heard he had sung in Sivaji too!) while the other singers give good suppport.

Verdict: Children's delight

Rating : 8/10

Overall Verdict: 100% super duper hit for Vijay and his fans. One of Rahman's best commercial albums in his illustrous career. The songs should reach an entirely different level if the picturisation live up to the expectations. A strong candidate for 'The Album of the Year'

Disclaimer: Ratings are given based on what a fan would rate as far as the album goes. The review is based on the opinion of a single fan, and might not necessarily reflect the overall opinion of Vijay's fans.

Chennai Super Kings went for the 'biggest Indian youth icon'Mahendra Singh Dhoni in their quest to form the best competitive squad in Indian
Premier League, VB Chadrasekar, head of the team on cricketing matters, said on
Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters after Tamil actor Vijay was formally
introduced as the team's 'star ambassador,' Chandrasekar, a former national
selector, gave a detailed account of how the team went about in the players'
auction last month and bid for Dhoni at a staggering $1.5 million.

"We were, like other teams, clueless in the first round (of
bidding). However our decision to go in for four batsmen, all rounders and a
bowlers, including stars like Makhaya Ntini, Muttiah Muralitharan and Joginder
Sharma went in our favour to help us field a cohesive and competitive squad," he
said.

Referring to Matthew Hayden, who was involved in controversies
in India's recent tour to Australia, he said cricket fans have always
appreciated entertainers.

"People pay to watch aggression on the
field. It is a misconception that Hayden will not be focused on the game. They
are all professionals. They will make a very good part of a winning team."

Vijay said, "Dhoni is a good and great leader. I want to be with him
and the team during matches. Being a Tamil, I want to support Chennai Super
Kings and be part of its winning ways," he said.

The actor said he
was passionate about cricket and watched India's matches played at home and
abroad, with his son.

Former India opener Krish Srikkanth said Dhoni
was the biggest brand ambassador in India and Vijay is next only to superstar
Rajnikanth in popularity.

"We want Chennaites to support the team
and make them win the IPL tournament."

Regarding merchandising and
revenue sharing from IPL matches, TS Raghupathy, Executive President of India
Cements, said, "We are allowed to have our team logo on both sides of the
players' T shirts and helmet. The BCCI's profit will also be shared among the
eight teams. We are planning to merchandise the team's T shirt and caps with our
logo in shopping malls. We are yet to take a call on the revenue side."

A small 4 letter word which is a universal equilizer,a common denominator that makes our world go round. It gives us a feeling that transcends teritorial, cultural or even financial and social barriers. This word affects babes, bimbettes, poets, machomen, staidbankers and even grand old dames with equal intensity.
Let us then, like the rest of the world, try and analyse this world "love" that ghas the whole universe in fierce grip.
What is this mixture of care, concern, adoration, attachment and affection that blends into magic formula of love.
It springs up in your life when you least expect it and sometimes when you are most disillusioned about life itself.
It is indeed a many splendoured thing,a cocktail of the best blends of human emotions, the best hues of humanity.Like the ethernal heavenly rainbow after a storm when pristine white is transformed into many colours, love too transforms the very essence of humankind and lifts up for the world to behold the mirracle that is man.
Let us salute this love, for it can do what no comitee, government, leader,or saint can do.LOVE can bind and bond two humans together in such a way that no country or continent can pull them apart. It was there when the world began and it will continue to be.This world ours can never end, while external flames of love lives in us....

He became pet to chinna. Raguvaran was their opposite gang leader.. Gang war between the two goes till the end.. police planned for encounter and finally they killed everyone..
